What is Whitelisting and Blacklisting?
This feature allows users to quickly add an email address or an entire domain name to their personal Whitelists for approved emails, likewise there is a Blacklists for unapproved email addresses and domains. Will it filter content in a language other than English?
Yes. SpamSonite has Foreign Language and Country Preferences which allow messages to be filtered according to the language in the message or by the country of origin. The user consol will also allow you to block entire countries if you need to avoid any spam from a particular region.

How do I get started with SpamSonite?

2. Review, sign, and fax back the signup packet you receive.
3. A welcome letter with instructions will then be sent to you.
